The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for successful implementation and monitoring of the Montefiore social needs screening and referral initiative, providing operational and technical support to clinical teams on implementing screening and using vendor platforms to address social needs. This role will also be responsible for the successful integration of the NowPow community resource platform into EPIC, as well as creating and maintaining the system-wide SDoH dashboard. The Senior Project Manager is the key staff person to the system wide SDoH workgroup.




Bachelor's Degree.  Five years experience.

Project Management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAP M) or equivalent experience preferred
PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent preferred 

Project Management Experience (Project Management Certification preferred- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CAP M preferred)
• Experience with Electronic Health Record Integration projects, specifically Epic preferred 
• Vendor management required
• Experience in workflow development and optimization 
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills
• Experience in developing training curriculum
• Ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects with tight timelines independently
• Experience engaging diverse multidisciplinary stakeholders at multiple levels including C-Suite
• Experience building surveys and generating reports and data visualizations (REDCap, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)
• Expertise in process improvement, ability to critically evaluate literature, present information clearly, and draw sound conclusions based on critical evaluation a plus
• Excellent Writing Skills–Manuscript preparation and grant application experience preferred. 
• Experience with Process improvement methodologies, Change Management and QI (e.g. Model for Improvement) strongly preferred.
