SENIOR TRANSFORMATION COACH

YONKERS, NY, US


Reporting to the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI), the Senior Transformation Coach works closely with management and colleagues to coordinate and standardize coaching and mentoring for sites in achieving MMG-wide and site-specific quality dashboards and scorecards throuhg the application of performance improvement and change management tools and methods.

 

As a Senior Transformation Coach you will:

  • Support Transformation Coaches and sites with data and performance review, process and workflow analysis
  • Convene routine Transformation Meetings at multiple sites
  • Help plan, facilitate and document outcomes of quarterly MMG Transformation Learning Collaboratives
  • Support Transformation Coaches in driving skill and knowledge transfer in the areas of project management, change management and performance improvement tools
  • Support the Director of QPI in identifying educational opportunities for coaching team professional growth and expanded performance improvement technical capability

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development or equivalent programs required.  MS, MBA, MHA or other healthcare related, master’s degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Rapid Cycle Improvement project facilitation, daily management systems, and/or other process improvement and coaching methods with measurable results
  • Demonstrated knowledge and use of data analysis and statistical tools
  • Project management experience is preferred but not required

  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, facilitation, and mentoring frontline to mid-level leadership
  • Must enjoy analyzing and making sense of data
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Flexibility, openness and ability to change plans according to organizational needs
  • Experience with process and value-stream mapping to differentiate and streamline clinical, administrative and operational processes
