ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR

BRONX, NY, US


The Administrative Supervisor of the Department of Psychiatry will provide assistance to the Senior Administrator /Chairman with managing administrative activities to meet the goals and objectives of the Department.  The Administrative Supervisor will coordinate compliance with accrediting agencies including  NYS DOH, JCAHO, NYC DOHing.  They will also be responsible for managing and assigning daily tasks to clerical support staff.    

 

 

Responsibilities include but not limited to -

 

Plan and manage facilities improvement projects.

Provide project management assistance and support specific to operational, financial and or business growth initiatives.

Interview, terminate and conduct performance appraisals. 

Submit and monitor employee time records in automated system. 

Resolve problems with Payroll and HR. 

Prepare PAF’s and Requisitions.

 

 

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required

Experience in a similar role preferred

Shift: Day Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Req ID: 223861 Salary Range/Pay Rate: $62,400.00 - $75,000.00
