ASSISTANT DIRECTOR RESPIRATORY THERAPY

BRONX, NY, US


Under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care Services, supervises the daily functions of the Respiratory Department to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements and accrediting agencies. The Assistant Director is responsible for scheduling, assigning and monitoring the work of managers, administrative supervisor, clinical staff and equipment techs. In the absence of the Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for the operations of the Respiratory Department. 

Education Required- Bachelor's Degree (Respiratory Care or other relevant study)

Education Preferred- Master's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or other related study)

Training Required- Proven success in a leadership role for a minimum of 5 years.

Schedule hours -8am-4:30p (Hours will vary).
