CHIEF TECHNOLOGIST II

Supervise and manage activities and training of Cardiovascular technologists with responsibility for all technical work and performance as related to clinical, educational, and research activities within the department.  Provide leadership in the performance of diagnostic testing and interventions in Electrophysiology and is proficient in the techniques and range of equipment used in current medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment, and care of arrhythmia service patients.

 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or related health field required

Master’s Degree preferred

Minimum 5 years of related work experience

Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)  OR Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

ACLS and BLS required
