CLERKSHIP PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

The Clerkship Program Administrator is essential to running the successful day-to-day administration of all the Obstetrics & Gynecology medical student educational programs, including the Clerkship Program, Sub-Internship Program, Electives Program, Reproductive Systems Course, and OBGYN Interest Group.

The Clerkship Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for medical students. The coordinator should be knowledgeable about LCME-governed programs and be able to manage and deliver a high-quality educational experience to students.

The coordinator will oversee the administrative aspects of curriculum reviews and evaluation processes for programs relating to medical education. The coordinator will also be responsible for the medical education activities for over 200 students per annum for designated sites including affiliates. 

Requirements

High school diploma/ GED Required; Bachelor's degree Preferred

3 Years work experience working with medical students

Microsoft Office applications (heavy use of Excel)

Good communication, time management, and organizational skills

Excellent follow-through and adherance to deadlines a must
