DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

This position is responsible for directing and overseeing a wide range of administrative, operational, fiscal, strategic quality, human resource, customer service, and non-clinical activities for the Department of Orthopedics in a accordance with Montefiore‘s goals and objectives. This position will oversee Operations team, including Operations, Managers, and Supervisors in the department. Responsible for compliance with all Regulatory and Medical Center standards.  The Director of Operations overseas human capital, planning/ strategy, Departmental union, contractual compliance, employee engagement, employee retention, manages patient complaints, directs and coordinates Department personnel -related processes in HCM with central maintenance of associate files, works closely with FPG HRBP in succession planning, professional learning programs, manage executive departmental communication, responsible for personnel investigations, streamline administrative processes and manage hiring process for department with successful on boarding. This position works closely with the department chair, unified administrator, and other administrative personnel.

 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Clinical and Administrative experience required

Five (5 ) years experience required

Knowledge of SAP, HCM, EPIC and MS office required
