FIELD MANAGER (FTR SUPERVISOR)

University Behavioral Associates (UBA) at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking a masters or doctoral level clinician (Licensed or Limited Permit Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor) to serve as a Supervisor for the Family Treatment & Rehabilitation (FTR) program funded by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The Supervisor will be responsible for conducting intake evaluations for new families and overseeing referrals to mental health and substance abuse programs, meeting with families as needed, conducting individual supervision and providing direct clinical training for case planners, reviewing case planner documentation to ensure it is consistent with ACS requirements, and participating in training, supervision, and consultation activities. Supervisors must have evening and/or weekend availability, and be able to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage.
The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience working with families, interfacing with child welfare services, evaluating mental health and/or substance use concerns, providing comprehensive assessments, and will have excellent managerial skills and strong organizational ability. Spanish-speaking a plus.
Salary Range: $67,000 to $90,000
