Job Summary
Reporting to Senior Director, Human Resources Operations, the HR Business Partner provides assigned senior line management with a range of human resources services to support the business units in meeting their business objectives and business initiatives. The HR Business Partner consults with management in handling changing staffing requirements, employee retention issues and associates’ needs. The HR Business Partner enlists and coordinates other appropriate HR specialty services needed. This position is involved in the initial investigation and resolution of contractual disputes and grievances. This position is actively involved in developing short- and long-range planning for the business units.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related Field
Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist or 3-5 years’ experience in specialty area.
Demonstrated customer service and collaboration skills.
Labor relations knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
