EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Must have a current New York State LPN license and registration.
BLS Card
NYS Mandated Infection Control Certification
High School or GED required
Associates level preferred
Additional education required by specialty area/ patient care location
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
