The Montefiore Department of Radiology is seeking 2 fellowship-trained Neuroradiologists to join our Neuroradiology Division. Our academic division provides high volume, high-value clinical care and is the primary teaching site for Albert Einstein College of Medicine students and Montefiore residents and fellows.
Our group cover 3 primary academic teaching hospitals and a growing number of outpatient facilities. Candidates can expect multidisciplinary interaction including adult and pediatric neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, and all other specialties. Respect, collegiality, and mentorship are strengths of the division and the department.
Montefiore Medical Center is a large, urban, academic, tertiary care center with Comprehensive Stroke Center certification, a level II trauma center, and is an ACR-designated Diagnostic Imaging Center of Excellence. We feature a new Phillips Vue PACS system, and state-of-the-art MRI, CT, Dual energy and PET-CT equipment.
Multiple Clinical Coverage Options
- On-site daytime ED and Inpatient coverage or
- Remote reading roles, including both hybrid or fully remote roles for daytime/evening
- Teaching radiology residents, neuroradiology fellows, and medical students
- Remote weekend call coverage (approximately 1 day per/month)
- No overnight call
Candidate Qualifications
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology with CAQ certification or eligibility.
- Proficiency in Neuro CT and MR, including advanced imaging techniques for head and neck, adult and pediatric CNS, spine and vascular disease.
- A desire for a career in teaching and mentorship, with time dedicated for research and educational pursuits.
In addition to a competitive salary starting at $425,000-$525,000, we offer the opportunity to make more income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
Faculty rank at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience.
