Case Aide/ Family Resource Case Worker [Outreach Specialist] (Full-time)

 

University Behavioral Associates (UBA) of Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking an excellent Case Aide/ Family Resource Case Worker, who will work closely with current child welfare programs. This individual will have a Bachelor’s level degree in social services, advocacy, or a related field. The associate will provide support and advocacy directly to clients who are involved in UBA child welfare programs, including assistance coordinating appointments, completing required documentation, and outreaching to community resources.

 

This role will also include activities consistent with funder requirements, and participating in training. Strong written and verbal skills and excellent computer and organizational skills required. Bilingual candidates (English-Spanish) strongly preferred. Evenings and weekends may be required. This is a 100% grant funded position.
