Description
The Division of Environmental Sciences and the Safe House Program is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee daily operations, support clinical and research coordination, and ensure successful implementation of program goals. The Program Administrator will be responsible for managing procurement, accounts payable, budget reconciliation, and staff oversight for a team of four associates. You will coordinate ongoing projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while also supporting the development and execution of clinical and field-based research activities. Key responsibilities include hiring and managing staff, overseeing grant administration and capital expenditures, and creating regular reports to evaluate and track program quality. Part of this role involves oversight of the Safe House Program; working to ensure that each family's stay is safe, supportive, and successful. This position is 100% grant funded.
Requirements
- Associates degree required / Bachelors preferred
- Experience in program management
- Experience with research/grant management required
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate leader who can manage complex logistics while maintaining a strong focus on quality service and care.
