PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Associate to join our dynamic administrative team in the department of Pediatrics . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting program management and financial analysis activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of our programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure our financial reporting meets the highest standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support the Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) program and department budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Manage Physicians effort distribution across various responsibilities such as clinical duties, research, teaching, administrative, strategic.

• Monitor department and program expenditures and identify areas for cost optimization.

• Collaborate with program directors and other team members to gather data and provide financial insights.

• Support the development and maintenance of program budgets, including tracking and reporting on financial performance.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in program evaluation and improvement initiatives.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and program management

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Preferred

Minimum 3 years’ experience
