PROJECT ASSOCIATE

The Project Associate for the Department of Medicine plays a pivotal role within the department to meet many deadlines with ACGME for divisional fellowships, on-boarding of new providers, distribution of announcements and the CMO as well as coordinate events and trainings for department faculty.   Project Associate will support specialty divisional fellowship to meet ACGME requirements.  Project Associate will be the secondary liaison with the house staff office, the GME office and training programs to ensure compliance with federal agencies and accrediting organizations.  The Project Associate will also work to support the Vice Chairs to manage the office operations, and support high level departmental initiatives and projects across all Medicine campuses. 

 

 

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Three year experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Knowledge of Excel, One Drive and Mail Chimp
