RESEARCH STUDENT

Our Research Student will review and compile data required for research trials into actionable formats for Principle Investigators to analyze and report. Assist research personnel in clerical and administrative functions as it pertains to research trials associated with Orthopaedic Surgery. The position will access certain data systems, and ensure regulatory compliance under the direction of the PI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify very specific clinical data needed for collection.
· Abstract Clinical Information from charts.
· Provide monthly summary of data to PI.
· Maintain positive working relationship with research team and other members of the department.
· Perform other research clerical duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
· Knowledge of/previous experience with data collection. Experience identifying and capturing required data from various data sources.
· Microsoft Office applications; ability to compile data and report on projects.
