SUPERVISOR MEDICAL FINANCIAL AID HSR

BRONX, NY, US


Coordinate, prioritize, distribute and supervised work. Responsible for hiring, progressive discipline, and terminating of employees. Works with department directors and managers to ensure compliance with departmental policies, regulatory requirement, budget, and human resources. Ensure proper staffing/scheduling of associates. Monitor Medicaid and financial aid applications to ensure quality and integrity of work by doing random audits. Responsible for addressing quality of work, Errors, and in servicing of associates. Position is accountable for the supervision of financial management. Functions to ensure revenue is collected timely.

  • Associates degree required masters preferred
  • A minimum of two years’ experience
  • Certified application counselor preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Problem solving skills
  • Exceptional, interpersonal abilities, including a strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive outcomes
