Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.
The Senior Product Manager leads the Interfaces Developers and will be responsible for leading and guiding the Infor Developers in designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces and integrations within the Infor FSM (Finance & Supply Chain Management) ERP ecosystem. A strong focus on integration with EPIC clinical application and other banking institutions via middleware or direct. The Leader will closely work with Finance/ SCM business teams to identify interface requirements as well as their Interface developers to translate them into technical solutions that support business needs. This role requires excellent communication, managerial and analytical skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective integration solutions thereby ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization's organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces between Infor ERP application ecosystem, focusing on seamless integration with EPIC clinical applications, banking institutions' systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams, including business analysts, system architects, and other software engineers, to gather requirements and lead the delivery of efficient and scalable integration solutions
- Develop and maintain integration design documents, coding standards, and best practices
- Ensure that interfaces are reliable, efficient, and secure through reviews and other methods
- Manage the development and implementation of testing plans and procedures for interfaces ensuring quality assurance of integration solutions, functionality, performance, and reliability, identifying and resolving any issues or inconsistencies
- Identify and manage interface-related risks and issues, and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate them
- Lead the integration relationships to third-party vendors, system owners and external stakeholders to facilitate the integration of third-party applications and services with the Infor FSM ERP ecosystem
- Review monthly Infor SaaS release notes for functional changes that impact interfaces and develop change impact assessments
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the interfaces team
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software integration and interoperability
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a software engineer, with a focus on interface/integration development within complex enterprise application ecosystems
- Experience with Infor FSM ERP applications, Infor Process Automation (IPA), Infor Intelligent Open Network (ION) API, Web Services and Infor CloudSuite technologies
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an enterprise software environment
- Strong understanding of interface design and development best practices
- Integration experience to Epic Clinical, GXH and other Supply Chain and Banking organizations
- In-depth understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and standards, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML and JSON
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, with experience in developing custom interfaces and adapters
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex integration challenges and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desired:
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and HL7 and FHIR, is a plus
- Additional certifications related to ERP systems, such as Infor certifications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with API Integration platforms
