  • Lead and deliver high-impact training sessions (in-person, virtual, and on-demand) for end-users across all organizational levels.
  • Conduct "train-the-trainer" sessions to empower internal super-users and ensure that training knowledge is passed on effectively to other teams.
  • Ensure that training sessions are interactive and practical, with opportunities for hands-on practice and real-world application of ERP processes.

  • Monitor user adoption rates and feedback to continuously refine and improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs, such as user proficiency, training completion rates, and system usage improvements.
  • Collect feedback from training participants and stakeholders to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data and feedback to adjust training materials, schedules, and delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Report on training results to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of focus for ongoing training initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT, ERP functional teams, and business process owners to ensure that training content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
