DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

TARRYTOWN, NY, US


The Director of Finance Operations is responsible for overseeing the financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning of the Faculty Practice within MMC and MEAC. This role ensures the fiscal integrity of physician practice operations, optimizes revenue cycle processes, and supports the institution’s mission of delivering high-quality patient care. The Director collaborates with clinical leadership, hospital finance teams, and administrative departments to enhance financial performance and sustainability.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters Degree in Finance or Business required
  • 7 years of work experience in Finance required 
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, physician practice management, and revenue cycle operations.
  • Experience with hospital and physician reimbursement models, including fee-for-service, value-based care, and alternative payment models.
