SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
TARRYTOWN, NY, US
The position is responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Strata Decision System, ensuring its accuracy, functionality, and efficiency in financial planning and performance reporting. This role supports financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making across the Montefiore Health System.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field required
- Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or systems administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Strata Decision Technology or similar financial planning and analysis systems.
- Experience with financial reporting tools and data visualization platforms (StrataJazz, PowerBi, Infor, Workday)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data manipulation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively communicate financial insights.
- Experience with system implementation and process improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
