Job Summary
The Employee & Labor Relations Manager provides guidance and advice to Management and Union and non-union associates in the interpretation of union contracts and MMC policies to ensure compliance, ensure favorable working conditions between Management personnel and union/non-union associates to avoid grievances or litigations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate degree required.
2 -5 years related experience required
Knowledge of Federal, State and City Laws e.g., FMLA, ADA, ESSTA, PFL
Knowledge and experience conducting investigations
Knowledge of unions and Collective Bargaining Agreements
