Montefiore IT is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module.

 

The Technical Lead Data, Reporting and Integrations will be responsible for the technical design and management of data structures, reporting tools, and integrations within our Infor ERP platform. This includes ensuring data quality, enhancing reporting capabilities, and overseeing seamless integration between Infor ERP and other enterprise systems.

You will work closely with functional and technical teams to define data needs, optimize reporting and BI processes, and ensure the efficient flow of information across systems. You will also play a pivotal role in developing custom solutions to support data analytics and business intelligence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize data structures within Infor ERP to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Manage and enforce data governance policies to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable data across all ERP modules.
  • Develop and implement processes for data validation, cleansing, and maintenance within the ERP system.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or integrity issues, working cross-functionally with business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Infor ERP’s reporting tools (e.g., Infor Birst, Infor ION, etc.), ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Implement business intelligence solutions that provide valuable insights to business stakeholders across various functions (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business users to define reporting requirements and deliver tailored, actionable insights through automated reporting and ad-hoc queries.
  • Train and support end-users in creating and interpreting reports and dashboards to improve business performance.
  • Oversee the integration of Infor ERP with other systems (third-party applications, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies using Infor ION or other middleware tools, APIs, and ETL processes.
  • Lead efforts for system-to-system data synchronization, ensuring real-time or batch updates between systems as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • May mentor junior team members and developers, guiding best practices for data, reporting, and integrations within the ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle of custom development, from design and development to deployment and support, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support ERP upgrades, patches, and version changes, ensuring that data and reporting functionalities are preserved or enhanced during these processes.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations, data management procedures, reporting configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure that all integration and data management activities comply with relevant regulatory and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing support for audit requests, ensuring that all data access and reporting activities are traceable and secure.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ERP implementation, ideally, with the INFOR ERP Solution.
  • Expertise in system upgrades, data migrations, and performance optimization for ERP systems.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong focus on Infor ERP (CloudSuite) or other similar ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Proven expertise in data management, reporting, and business intelligence within an ERP environment.
  • Proficiency in Infor ERP modules, particularly those related to data management (e.g., Infor ION).
  • Experience in ERP system integrations, using APIs and Infor ION for data exchanges between systems.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Infor Birst, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for creating and managing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with ETL tools and integration platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data quality management.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into technical requirements, while offering innovative solutions to improve system performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 Desired:

  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite v11 Finance and Supply Management (FSM) modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to apply them to ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with other ERP applications like SAP, Workday, D365, Oracle
  • Experience with cloud-based data integration solutions and systems.
  • Understanding of industry standards and best practices for ERP data and integration architectures.
