SYSTEMS MANAGER

Job Title: SYSTEMS MANAGER

This position reports to the Senior Director of Facilities, MIS and the CMO, with in direct reporting to the Director of Quality Improvement CMO.

• Bachelor's Degree required. 

• Proficient in multiple coding languages and SQL.
• Experience with building and maintaining physical and logical database models
• Experience working in environments using a development lifecycle methodology.
• Knowledge of Master & Meta data management tools and techniques
• Knowledge of HEDIS, MIPS, HIPAA and other Health Care Regulations and Quality Improvement Programs
• Knowledge and Experience in leading Health Care Quality Improvement Initiatives and Programs
• Knowledge and Experience in CMS and NYS Quality Reporting programs
• Master's degree in public health, health administration or equivalent degree
