Montefiore Medical Center has a range of outpatient addiction treatment programs that can assist individuals in reaching their goals. With a focus on harm reduction and patient-centered care, these comprehensive treatment programs provide medically-assisted treatment, including methadone, naltrexone and buprenorphine treatment, as well as group and individual counseling, primary medical and psychiatric care, and vocational and peer services.  Montefiore’s Opioid Treatment Programs offer methadone and other empirically-supported medications to assist individuals struggling with opioid use, while our Intensive Outpatient Programs provide treatment for individuals with a range of substance use disorders, including opiates, alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, benzodiazepines, PCP, methamphetamine and others.
