ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

BRONX, NY, US


As an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II you will provide a high level of administrative and supervisory support to the University Chair of the Department of Pediatrics. You will plan, organize, coordinate activities of support staff, monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the office of the Chair. Provide additional secretarial and administrative support to the Sr. Director/Unified Administrator, Department of Pediatrics. Perform related work as required.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of high level Administrative Assistant experience in a hospital or similar setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, both oral and written required.
  • High functionality with computer based software programs, including Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience supporting executive level staff members.
  • Experience with high level event planning required.
  • Experience in creating and interpreting financial reports highly preferred.
