ADMINISTRATIVE NURSING MANAGER

BRONX, NY, US


The Administrative Nurse Manager at our Wakefileld campus will support the day to day OR operations which includes the Joint Replacement Center.  

 

In this newly created position, the successful candidate will be responsible for cases starting on time as well as monitoring turnover time. Will secure the availability and maintenance of instruments, supplies, equipment and implants as well as ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the operating rooms and coordination of the multidisciplinary staff in ASU, PACU and OR by organizing patient flow, directing staff and resources appropriately.  

 

In addition, the ANM will assist in managing the daily clinical and administrative activies to include, but not limited to, patient care delivery, staffing and budget preparation.

 

• New York State Registered Professional Nurse License and current registration, BLS certification

• Master's Degree in Nursing

• CNOR is preferred

• Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval system.

• Effective English communication skills: written, oral and interpersonal.


Experience:
• Clinical experience 5+ years, in related area.
