In this role, you will be responsible for providing  administrative and project management support to the Vice President Chief Learning Officer and  operational support for The Learning Network offices and a few of the Sr. directors/directors in the team and all 6 office locations.  The candidate in this role will be the first point of contact for client (internal and external) interactions, requests and is responsible for the initial intake and documentation of client requests for discussion and allocation at our leadership weekly meeting.  The effective incumbent builds value for the business by supporting the department operations in such a manner that ensures efficiency in process, effectiveness in managing projects on time and within budget.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing various internal processes,  calendar and schedule maintenance of services, programs and overall meetings in person/live and virtual.  Meeting and event planning and creation of materials for presentations, client meetings, or interventions.  The incumbent in this role performs a variety of supervisory and administrative activities in support of the department's business operations and front office.  This position oversees other support staff to ensure departmental support activities are executed and in alignment with business goals and objectives.  May also be responsible for managing, the daily office functions within The Learning Network as well as a staff of  interns or coordinators. Covers for and interacts with other departmental administrators, project associates and leaders to ensure proper function of the entire department.  Processes payroll for all associates and agency staff.  Ensures pay and time is allocated per contract and produces reports on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in hours and time.




Bachelor's Degree. 
Relevant professional certifications with 5+ years of experience in lieu of formal degree : professional administrative certification; graphic design; marketing; events planning; business; process improvement; project management; general management or related
Advanced Practitioner Microsoft Suite.  Ability to work proficiently with multiple software programs, including spreadsheets, database, word processing and graphic presentation software.

Excellent written and communication skills

Relevant System and technologies administration experience (HR related, payroll, Microsoft project, budgeting system like SAP, Sharepoint, Publisher...)
