ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER

BRONX, NY, US

The Analytics Infrastructure Manager is responsible for setup and maintenance of the Bronx RHIO's specialized technical customizations within the IMAT reporting environment. Bronx RHIO has developed many customized features beyond the base package provided by IMAT, and continues to do so. The Analytics Infrastructure Manager will cultivate an understanding of the IMAT reporting environment so as to be able to develop new features and functional enhancements for improved efficiency, process automation, brand-new reporting and analytic possibilities (including flexible data visualization and Machine Learning process management). An example of infrastructure that this position will oversee is Sets and Symbols - references to extensive codes sets (such as ICD or CPT) and the records matching these code sets, which drastically simplify report writing and boost runtime. Sets and Symbols require frequent updates via Shared Codes to add new codes sets (e.g., HEDIS updates), and the Analytics Infrastructure Manager will work to manage these updates and develop new process efficiencies. The Analytics Infrastructure Manager will work closely with both IMAT and SSI in managing these processes, and will supervise one Data Analyst who will support these efforts as well as general RHIO reporting needs.
