ASSISTANT DIRECTOR HEALTH SVCS RECEIVAB

Responsible for the management, direction, and supervision of the management team, as well as associated. Oversees operational issues of the department. Provide oversight and management of data quality. Ensure performance metrics are at or above the standardizes levels. Develop and prepare informational data to accurately train employees on proper procedures. Work with Director and management team to evaluate requests, projects, proposals for integration solutions, systems, and enhancements to the current environment.

 

Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred

5 years’ experience

Leadership Experience

Exceptional Problem-solving abilities

Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while achieving outcomes

Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel, and Power Point
