• Manage, supervise and organize various aspects of the various Family Medicine programs and activities in day-to-day operations

• Provide oversight of all practices established to monitor and manage the many processes occurring to drive the services produced; spanning financial, staffing, policy, and facilities

• Ensuring that the day-to-day execution of the business is organized and aligned with strategic priorities

• Management of staff, financial operations, and oversight of general business operations in Family Medicine

• Works closely with the departmental administrator to resolve issues related to any of the above and create better systems and workflows

MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30a-5:00p



• Bachelor's Degree

• 5 years minimum work and supervisory experience in healthcare management

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques and coordination of people and resources

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction

• Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clinicians, administrative, front-line associates and outside parties

• Knowledge of materials, internal processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective operations

* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
