Qualifications 

The Retail Manager aids the Assistant Director of Food Services in implementing effective management of the Food Pavilion or Cafeteria.  Plans, organizes, monitors and controls all activities pertaining to the Food Pavilion, quality improvement, training and development of supervisory staff and associates in the retail service area.

 

Required:

Minimum three years administrative and/or supervisory experience in a food service department

High school/ GED; Graduate of culinary arts or hotel/restaurant management program (associate degree) preferred

Total of 6 years cooking experience in a large feeding institution with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
