CLINICAL MANAGER

The Clinical Manager will oversee and supervise the social work (SW) staffing.  They will ensure that the clinical services are appropriate and consistent with the objectives of the program and regulatory agencies through supervision and project development.  The Clinical Manager provides leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include managing throughput, facilitating training and development for staff, driving quality initiatives, and ensuring strict adheres to all regulatory standards and procedures. Implement and oversee CQI activities and measurement of performance improvement initiatives.  Oversee daily operations of the Unit, including management of the census.

 

Requirements

Master's Degree from an accredited University

LCSW

Three years work experience in a similar field
