CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

 

Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care for the 15+ multi-clinical specialties by providing direction and oversight under the direction of the Assistant Director Clinical Operations. Responsible for ensuring adherence to standards of quality care, as well as for identifying and resolving systems issues and personnel problems with office administration. Responsible for overseeing high level disinfection processes and regulatory requirements at the Hutchinson Campus.  Will serve as a role model in providing clinical and administrative support to the Assistant Director Clinical Operations. This position requires the ability to work closely with an administrative team; to be a colleague, as well as a leader.

 

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

High School Diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

New York State License for Practical Nurse and current registration to practice as an LPN in New York State required.

Three (3) years experience as LPN.

Basic Life Support, Infection Control are required. 

Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Certificate a plus.

Additional education required by specialty areas/patient care locations.
