COMMUNITY HEALTH LIAISON PER DIEM

BRONX, NY, US


The Community Health Liaison (CHL) position is a per-diem effort devoted to promoting sexual health and decrease in STIs as well as implementing HIV prevention programs focused on LGBTQIA adolescents.  The CHL has responsibility for community based operations of the Montefiore Adolescent and Youth Sexual Health Clinic (MAYS) program. The position is responsible for the supervision, scheduling and execution of community based events and reports. Oversees and is responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the MAYS programs for LGBTQiA adolescents living with HIV/AIDS, PreP and PEP for HIV. 

 

Requirements: 

  • 3 years of relevant experience 

  • HS Diploma required, Associates degree preferred 

  • Strong data entry, analytics, project management and interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills.
