The Department of Family and Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center/ Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks a board-certified Family Physician with BCFMO fellowship training in Obstetrics to join our hospital-based maternity care team in the Bronx, NY. Surgical training is preferred and providers trained in cesarean delivery will be expected to utilize those skills. The physician will evaluate, triage, admit, manage, deliver, and provide postpartum care to women with low-risk pregnancies; provide newborn care including circumcisions; and provide outpatient prenatal and postpartum care.  This faculty role includes teaching of family medicine residents and maternity fellows. The candidate will be eligible for academic appointment at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at appropriate rank. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged.
