Montefiore’s Workforce Investment Organization delivers professional development training to long-term care workers throughout New York City and the Hudson Valley.  WIO seeks a Field Manager to maintain and expand its partner network, conducting outreach and raising awareness of Montefiore WIO services. 

·        Develop and manage relationships with prospective and active WIO partners, including Home Care Agencies, Skilled Nursing/Rehab facilities, Community Based Organizations and other industry, community and training contacts as needed.

·        Meet partner needs by consulting on appropriate WIO services from catalog of available trainings and supports. Suggest and prescribe training options for partners, such as e-learning offerings. 

·        Coordinate with Montefiore WIO Operations and CLI to facilitate development and delivery of new WIO offerings.  Maintain relationships with multiple Montefiore entities developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.


Bachelor's degree and 1 year + experience in marketing and/or home care required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex information simply to a variety of audiences. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint. Position requires frequent travel throughout NYC and Hudson Valley, a valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
