FT Executive Assistant/ Project Associate



We are looking to hire an executive assistant / project associate with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Executive assistants are expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:


  •  Manages on-line appointment schedule, coordinates arrangements for multiple meetings and maintains files for easy access
  •  Answers the telephone, greets visitors, schedules appointments and meetings
  • Attend meetings as needed taking and distributing minutes
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and bring projects and tasks to completion
  • Meeting, conference and event planning




  • 5+ years' experience in an administrative role supporting senior level manager or team of an organization
  • AS Degree ( Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
