HR MANAGER

The HR Manager will report to the, HR Business Partner in HR Operations at the Moses Campus and provide administrative support to all departments under the HR Business Partner. The HR Manager must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills and be capable of interacting with a diverse population within HR and the broader community with tact and discretion. The role involves creating PowerPoint presentations, preparing financial spreadsheets, maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, providing employee relations support, conducting entry-level investigations, managing special projects, surveys, and audits. The ideal candidate should be proactive, work well under pressure, and possess strong communication abilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five-plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions is required; a healthcare background is a plus.
- Experience with database management, record keeping, and MS Office.
- Demonstrates ability to provide solutions by integrating knowledge, systems, and policies.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Education: Bachelors required in HR or comparable field
LOCATION: Moses Campus.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
