HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner/ Director, this position is responsible for providing professional an managerial support and ensures that the highest degree of professionalism and service to the HR Business Partner/ Director areas of responsibility is provided. This role will provide high-performing, employee-oriented services focusing on the customer, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the engagement and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position assists with coordinating and implementing services, policies and programs through HR service areas and assists leaders on an array of HR matters.  Acts as a liaison with all HR Department (Benefits, Compensation, HCM, HRIC, Employee/Labor Relations, etc.). Prepares and analyzes various reports necessary for hospital/business initiatives.

 

Education/Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organization Development or equivalent required.   Five years' experience.
• Five plus years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions required; Healthcare background a plus.
• Experience with database management, record keeping, and MS Office.
-Union experience required
• Demonstrated ability to provide solutions by integrating knowledge, systems, and policies.  
• Effective oral and written communication; ability to have difficult conversations; ability to speak publicly with a large audience. 
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
