LEARNING DEVELOPMENT SR PROGRAM MANAGER

BRONX, NY, US


This position assesses the strategic organization development (OD) and talent needs for Montefiore and creates programs that support the effectiveness of change and talent initiatives. Using an evidence-based approach, engages stakeholders to identify needs and what is required for successful outcomes. Designs, implements, and evaluates sustainable solutions. This work is done in alignment with Montefiore’s strategy and priorities and requires leading cross-functional teams implementing large-scale programs and initiatives.

 

Education/Skills:

 

Master's Degree required.  

 

Formal training required in change management, group dynamics and facilitation, program management, OD assessment, leadership assessment and development, coaching and/or organization design.

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience with one or more core OD, learning, and talent areas and experience designing and delivering an organization-wide program. 
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
  • Strong group facilitation skills 
  • Experience with organizational and team diagnostic frameworks and tools
  • Stakeholder management and engagement experience with a track record of building strong relationships
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changes in organizational or program needs in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  
  • Proficient in office software and technologies, e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat 
  • Experience working in diverse, complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of leadership and organization development concepts, models, tools, programs/suppliers and multiple learning methodologies.
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Experience in executive coaching (preferred)
  • Experience at implementing new technologies, such as learning and talent management systems and virtual collaboration and engagement tools (preferred).
