LPN

This position will receive patients in MAP2 clinic in order to insure the effective delivery of service.  Will work at multiple sites when needed (Derm Center, Scarsdale, Bronx East...).

Provides direct care for a specific patient population. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions.

Education/Skills:

New York State License for Practical Nurse and current registration to practice as an LPN in
New York State.
- Basic Life Support.
- Effective English communication skills, written, oral and interpersonal.
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval system.
- Additional education required by specialty areas/patient care locations. 

Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English. 
Ability to deal effectively with public and medical staff.
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
