A new Neuroscience Center has been developed in Westchester County/Tarrytown and includes Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry subspecialties.

We are hiring a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologist in the Montefiore/Einstein Division of Multiple Sclerosis for its outpatient faculty practice. Candidates must have additional training (fellowship or other) in multiple sclerosis and neuroimmunology. Expertise in Botox for spasticity and lumbar puncture is optional. There are many opportunities for teaching residents and students, research, and multidisciplinary collaborations. Beautiful office space. Collaborative environment.

Montefiore/Einstein was the birthplace of the comprehensive care model of MS centers advocated by Sylvia Lawry and the National MS Society. The Montefiore MS Center at the Montefiore Hutchinson Campus is recognized by the NMSS as a Center for Comprehensive MS Care. It serves a large urban underserved population. It has one full-time physician, one dedicated RN, and additional covering LPNs in the office. The collegial Department of Neurology is looking to grow its MS division with the intent to start a fellowship program in the next few years.
