This position is responsible for the systematic process of assessment, design, development, execution and evaluation of programs aimed at the continued competence, performance and professional development of staff. This position provides centralized and decentralized educational and professional development support to Montefiore and Montefiore Wakefield Associates. Primary focus will be in the Medical-Surgical and Psychiatry areas. Candidate should demonstrate core and unit specific competencies for areas, units, departments served. Experience facilitating onboarding and orientation programs .Education required; Master's Degree, Three years of active nursing experience. One year of relevant teaching experience
