The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to departmental Vice chairs: Vice Chair of Clinical Affairs and Strategy and Vice Chair for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development. Incumbent will also provide program support to the department’s Leadership Engagement and Diversity (L.E.A.D.) program which is led by departmental vice chairs. Perform confidential administrative duties, utilizing appropriate discretion and independent judgment. Prioritize tasks while maintaining responsibility for timely execution. Provide secretarial support for adoption practice program. Shared responsibility for providing administrative/clerical cross coverage for Division Chief, Division Administrator, and Pediatric medical directors at division practice sites FCC, CFCC and LINCS and nursery program as needed. Perform diversified and moderately complex secretarial duties. Prioritizes work assignments to ensure effective clerical work flow. Assists with the inventory of office supplies and equipment. Contact office equipment vendors concerning maintenance and repairs. Perform other secretarial duties as assigned. Project a professional company image through in person or telephone interaction. Performs other related duties. HS Diploma required. Please note that this is a temporary position.
