Job Description

 

Provides physical therapy to patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, or help to restore function. Evaluates patients, assesses equipment, and develops treatment plans and programs.

 

Experience

 

  • Experience in Outpatient, and Acute Care Bedside service including MICU, CCU, SICU, CSICU, NICU, orthopedics, vascular, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, medicine, cardiothoracic, lung transplant. other transplants and pediatrics is preferred.
  • Inpatient experience is preferred.
  • New graduate will be considered.
  • Work schedule varies.

 

Educational Requirements:

 

  • Masters Degree preferred, bachelor's degree required.
  • BS Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Valid NYS license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate.
