*Only pertains to Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurosurgery, Radiology, Cardiology, and Surgery departments

 

Referral Program:

· First payment of $1,250.00 will be paid out on the month the new associate starts, with an additional payment of $1,250.00 to be paid out following a successful completion of three (3) months of continuous employment

· Part time referrals will be prorated according to bi-weekly work hours

· This Associate Referral Program is open to Montefiore Medical Center associates as outlined in HR Policy ll-4b

· This Associate Referral Program expires on August 31, 2022 How to submit a referral: Locate a requisition (posting will indicate ARP eligible) and use the “Refer a Friend” option via the Talent Management System. All referrals must have a current resume attached at the time of referral and will be tracked via the Talent Management System. We are currently seeking Physician Assistants to join our esteemed institution. As part of our astonishing team, you will be collaborating with physician and other healthcare providers for planning, evaluation, coordination, implantation, and facilitation of all facets of care for patients and families. You are expected to demonstrate advanced and diverse clinical knowledge and skills in the capacity of clinicians, educator, researcher, collaborator, and patient advocate to provide both direct and indirect patient care in a semi-autonomous, self-directed role in accordance with professional standards and clinical expertise.

 

Bachelor’s degree required.

Graduate of an accredited Physician’s Assistant program.

Registered as a Physician’s Assistant in New York State. NCCPA certified
