This position will manage the overall efficiency of operational flow of clinical operations within the department of Rehabilitation Medicine. This includes developing, managing, and directing the clinical operations strategic vision of the department, aligning the operations supervisors' daily workflow with the strategic vision, and identifying new and innovative methods of operations development based on organizational benchmarks. This position will also develop modern training modules on specific job functions pertinent to effective operations and technology. This position will also collaborate with peers in different, but related clinical departments to develop program initiatives. Responsible for the supervision and professional development and growth of operations supervisors. Prepares and monitors the budget, implements policies and procedures, and monitors program outcomes. Supervises, trains and evaluates professional and support staff.




High School Diploma/GED is required, Bacelor's Degree is preferred.

Three year's of practice experience is required.
