This position serves as a point of contact for Learning Network services for all associates/customers. Provides outstanding service in training administration and operations through use of the Talent Management System (LMS) to create classes, enable enrollment, record course completions and evaluations and troubleshoot remotely.  Also creates course schedules and communications, markets sessions, leads venue and hospitality management, ensures training materials fulfillment, training site administration. Provides key support for learning analysis, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation through research and curation, instructional design, co-facilitation of workshops and LMS evaluation analysis.
Must be able to travel to locations in the greater New York area..




Bachelor's degree or 5 years of previous related experience working with LMS and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skills -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
Ability to operate media equipment such as projectors, printers & Scanners, video and live web conferencing systems and laptops computers.
Experience with Human Resources software systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in applied learning related technology and databases
Foundational level of research knowledge and skills
