Work closely with the Principal Investigator, Co-Principal Investigators, and Program Directors of the AMA Reimagining Residency initiative at Montefiore to ensure that project operations run smoothly. S/he will oversee all administrative tasks, logistical support for project activities, development and production of meeting materials and of instructional materials,  management of data collection for evaluation, drafting of reports. S/he will also collaborate with other central GME educational staff as well as specialty-specific educational and faculty staff members. Will serve as staff to coordinate cross-specialty meetings and communications as needed. S/he will be devoted full-time to the project.


Master’s degree. 1 year of related work experience. Project management and organizational skills; excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and faculty; basic data management; experience with medical education preferred. Must assist PI and Co-PI's with reviewing, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, formatting, editing, and preparing tables, charts, geomaps, graphs, and progress reports. Ensures that all materials associated with local, state, and federal regulatory guidelines, requirements, laws and research are adhered to and completed in timely manners. Manages project budget across the Dept. of Family Medicine, as well as the Depts. of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Ob/Gyn as well as the Office of Community and Population Health and Office of GME. Must complete IRB CITI Course and maintain current certification.
